Orders & Processing

 

 

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

 

During new product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

 

 

Shipping

 

 

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected.

 

Please note that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

 

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

 

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

 

SoMaelle Skin is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

If you realize that your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@somaelleskin.com. We will do our best to update the order before it ships but cannot guarantee it.

 

 

 

Damaged Items

 

 

We take great care when packaging every order, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@somaelleskin.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

 

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging and shipping box

 

Once your request is reviewed, we may offer either:

 

• A replacement product, or

• Store credit for the value of the damaged item

 

Claims submitted without photos may not be approved.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

 

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

 

 

Skin Sensitivity

 

 

Every person’s skin is unique. While our products are thoughtfully formulated, we always recommend performing a patch test before full use.

 

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
